Pain Education Day will precede ISPP 2023, 1 October, and will provide attendees with a deep dive into knowledge mobilization for anyone interested in learning more about how to bridge the gaps between research, practice, and policy. The one-day program will include the following keynotes:
- Indigenous Peoples, Truth and Reconciliation, and Pain:Presented by Jaris Swidrovich, University of Toronto
- Knowledge Mobilization and Implementation Science: Moving from Theory to Practice in Children’s Health:Presented by Christine Cassidy, Dalhousie University
Pain Education Day is a Patients Included event hosted by Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP) in partnership with the Centre for Pediatric Pain Research (CPPR) and the Pain in Child Health (PICH) training program.
