Information for Research Poster Presenters

Please note that registration is required to present your poster at the conference.

All posters will be presented in person only. 

Poster assignments for sessions A, B, C, or D are provided HERE. 

Note: Poster numbers are different from the submission ID assigned during the submission process on Softconf. 

Each poster will be hung on a 4’ (height) x 8’ (wide) poster board.  Thumb tacks will be provided at the conference.

Poster Session A Put up posters before 11:00am

Poster Session C Put up posters before 11:00am

Poster Session A take down posters by 1:30pm/ Poster Session B put up posters 1:30pm-2pm. 

Poster Session C tear down posters by 1:30pm / Poster Session D put up posters 1:30pm-2pm. 

Poster Session B take down posters before 6:30pm 

Poster Session D take down posters before 6:30pm 

 

Posters must be removed before 10am Friday April 14th. Please note that if your poster is not removed BEFORE 10:00 AM on Friday April 14th, USASP staff will have to remove it for you and the poster will be recycled.
