This presentation will summarize results of a hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial comparing strategies to support spread of a group physical therapy program for Veterans with knee osteoarthritis. The discussion will include patient-level outcomes (including pain), implementation outcomes, and sites’ experiences with launching a new clinical program in the context of outpatient physical therapy.
